Relaxing area for parents to wait.
The wall is example of the bright and cheery atmosphere the hospital gives to the public. It's a wonderful place with caring people.
This area is for the kids to go for doing crafts or relaxing etc.
This is a picture of two of the staff that are in the area of where the Valentines will be used. On the right is Deanna who is in charge of the area, she is a child life specialist.

So glad to see these pictures, it helps us to feel the atmosphere that you are going into :)
My daughter(who is doing her residency at Childrens)just got off her overnight and said that all the kids have homemade mailboxes on their doors and the Dr.s, nurses, interns, ect are all signing the cards and handing them out to their patients. Everyone is so excited and appreciate all the cards that were delivered. Thanks for spearheading this project.
