Friday Challenge...Purple Flower

Well this image came by way of a swap and no idea who puts it out. Love the Iris flower so thought it would be good for this challenge. Plain old water colored pencils and a bit of the glitter pen, add a few gold brads and I'm done. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. We are hitting the 90's with plenty of sunshine. It's awesome weather to float in my pool chair and enjoy.

Friday Challenge Thank You

Well since you are supposed to stamp simply I did just that. Easy with just the "thank you" by Stampendous and a cute popped out flower from Sandylion. Love those little $1 packets at
Michael's. Makes this a very easy card indeed. Have a wonderful weekend to you all.
I'm going to watch my niece's boys play baseball in a big competition. Go Nick and Alex !!!!

Happy Wednesday

Well yesterday a friend took me to lunch at the country club she belongs to and we had a delightful lunch and visit. An old friend of mine is the owner and it was nice to see him and catch up a bit . Anyway I wanted to send a "thank-you" card to my friend and this is what I came up with. Haven't done paper tole in ages but thought I would give it a try. The stamp is from
Stamp It and very simply I did it in a gold embossing and then used my faithful water colored pencils. I'll just put my note inside and I'm good to go.

Friday Challenge...I like it Hot

This is one of my favorite relaxing in the afternoon drinks, a good cup of Earl Grey tea. I stamped my cup, in black permanent ink and used my water colored pencils. Nothing to it once the coloring is done. What a blunder...it's on navy blue cardstock, which DD never uses and I think finds disgusting. Matted it on a few pieces of paper, added the tea string lable and viola I'm done. Hope you all have a fantastic weekend. I have the party at church on Saturday which I am looking forward to. Hugs to all.
