Friday challenge...Two Step Stamping

Well it's really plain to see why I don't like two step stamping. I can never get the 2nd stamp placed nicely over the first. This card came out so poorly but what the heck...right?? The two set stamp set is a very old set that I had NEVER opened. I think DD Julie gave me three sets and this one was still taped close. What a bad mother ! Anyway as I said what a crappy card. I used all the inks I could find to try and come up with great autumn colors and then had to try and perk up the white cardstock by using some chalk colors to get rid of the bold white. Added some gold do hickies to bring some life in there and some satin rust ribbon. I just noticed I made some ugly mistake in the lower left corner but as I said ...it is a crappy card.It isn't that bad is it???I don't think I want to hear your answers but leave them anyway. The set is from All Night Media and is actually a triple up set but I didn't use the third part which is a scribble. Hey it's Friday and that means tomorrow is Saturday and I'm going out with some friends for dinner. Whoopi a fun time is planned. Have a great weekend to you all.

Oh, gosh -- you are WAY too hard on yourself!!! This card is GORGEOUS!!! LOVE the autumn colors and pretty leaves -- and you don't need to worry about lining things up perfectly with this type of image -- if they are *off*, it's OK -- it's just that look, which I LOVE!!! This is a wonderful autumn card that anyone will be thrilled to receive!!! So glad you played!!! Now, go and edit your post and tell everyone about the LOVELY card you made -- LOL!!!

Mom, did something do something funky to your Cheerios? Man, you need a little dose of Stewart Smalley right now. Repeat after me -- "because I'm good enough, I'm smart enough and doggone it, people like me!"

I think the card looks great! There's a real sense of movement, like you caught the leaves in mid-flight.
