Well when I was a kiddo ( many moons ago ) we went out screaming "Help the Poor !", not
trick or treat, and it was called...going begging. My how times have changed. We went out until 10:00 at night with no worries at all and we never checked our bags for anything bad because nobody did anything bad back then. My neighborhood kids are pretty great kids and I love to see them in their costumes but this year I will miss it here as I'm going out to see the grand kids do their trick or treating and I'll probably take along a costume for myself . This is a very old stamp but one I love, isn't she the cutest little witch ! I just stamped and used my colored pencils, a bit of chalk and a few stickers for the bats. The little girl came from the dollar bin many years ago and is from a company called Westwater Enterprises, the phrase is Hero Arts and my little bats are from Recollections. So there you have it. Happy Tuesday to you all.

It is sad that the kids can't have as much fun these days. i remember filling up an entire pillowcase full of candy and yes being out till 10!
Anyway...adorable card, love those boooglie eyed bats too!
very cute!
Sweet card Pat. I was thinking back to my younger years trick or treating. We used to take off (on foot) all over the place and without parent supervision. Myparents did check our treats though. When my kids starting going out, we definately had to go with them, drive them, and check everything. My how things keep changing from one generation to the next. And a lot of ways not for the good!
How totally cute!!! beyond words. A cat with bats!!!!Love the colors and the design, Pat.
