Friday Challenge...Something old

Well Julie is not what is old but this is a picture of her at age nine when she was really into playing the flute. My word stamps are old and so is the phrase. Red cardstock with some background note paper, a few black dew drops, butterflies ( Martha Stewart punch), use of my
Nesties and it is very simple and done. Hope everyone has the best weekend! I'm off to lunch on Sat. and Sunday is our church picnic to celebrate our first year of the merge with 3 other
churches. Great way to get to know everyone. Who knows I might find a cute old man to talk to.

OH MY GOSH! WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS TO ME MOTHER!!! That was the super cute Dorthy Hammill (sp?) hair cut that I had to have. OH! The memories I have of people calling me "young man!" And the memories of the 6 inches of hair you made me cut off!!! Can you tell I was tramatized! Thanks for letting me relive that nightmare!

Ok.. laughing too hard to type.

Have a day! Love.... me!

Pat, I love this layout, especially cause it is Julie and right now I am spitting pits over Julie's comment. Too funny, cause you are just like my mom, showing off pics of me that I would say,"Mom, what were you thinking?"

You are a NUT! I thought Julie was just tellin' tales. Not only do you embarass a Paper Crafting Goddess, but then you top it off by saying you might find a cute old man to talk to at the church picnic. I have gawked at your art off and on since I found Julie's blog and have always liked your style (know where your kid gets her love of flower stamps from). I'll be coming back to see if you found a keeper at the picnic and what you're stamping down yonder.
Yes, ma'am, you've been warned.
