Flourishes TT and see what everyone posted. I had to bring a dish to DD's for the 4th. of July and remembered this one and it went over really good so I'll be making it again soon before the summer's over. Have a great week everyone and here's the recipe.
1# of spaghetti cooked, drained, and rinsed to get the starch out.
1 med. cucumber chopped in small pieces. 1 tomato chopped in small pieces, ( or you can use cherry tomatoes chopped) 4-5 green onions chopped small.
1 pkg. of Good Season's Italian dressing mix follow the directions and set aside or if you're lazy you
can use a bottle of Italian dressing . McCormick's Salad Supreme. Layer the veggies in with the spaghetti and use the dressing and shake on the Salad Supreme on each layer. When you have a full bowl put it in the fridge for at least 1 hour to let all the dressing seep in. This is a great dish to bring to a picnic or barbeque. YUMMY and so easy. Keep leftovers if any in the fridge. Happy week all.
