HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO JAN MARIE...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO JAN MARIE today and many days to come! I was in Denver last summer and was able to meet this wonderful lady in PERSON! That was a real treat because you talk to people on a blog but to meet in person is really special. And by the way...Mike the shipping guy (her husband) is a one super fellow too. So my wish for today to Jan Marie is to have a day of happiness, laughter, relaxation, and so much fun you can't see straight!

My card uses Flourishes Cherry Blossoms, Humming Along for the sweet little hummingbird (my very favorite of all birds) and the sweet phrase is from Spring is Sprung.

To create this little number, I just stamped and then colored using my favorite watercolor pencils. The die shape is a Spellbinders Nestabilities Labels Two. A little snippet of ribbon and done! Here's a close up of the sentiment....

I was told that Flourishes is having a special sale today for Jan's big day. Today and Tomorrow all Copic Markers will be on sale at 15% off. What a bargain! Just use the code COPIC15 when you check out. I was honored to join some of the best in the design world bunch today, so you'll have to stop over and see what these fine ladies created for Jan's Birthday Blog Hop!

Mona Pendleton
Silke Ledlow

Yvonne Hagane
Pat Adam -- that's me!

So I hope you all are singing the birthday song and cheering Miss Jan along with a toast for her special day. Be sure to stop by her blog HERE and send her some birthday wishes too!

This is Exquisite!! Your coloring is beautiful and I like the longer card. Your hummingbird looks real.
I noticed that darling corner bookmark, too. CUTE! So JC Penney and it's no more sales, just lower prices all the time is a good thing? I like their dress pants, so I may need to go shopping one of these days. Between you and Julie, I'm getting good ideas for spending my money! Take care.

Pat, this is just the nines in cyberspace grinds to have a shoe ad within crafting comments after the 'two word prove you are not a robot' drill! LOL! Someone in security has sole humor, or something stringing along allowing outside blog comments.
Now, down to the business of a bit country and and a bit rock 'n roll giving Jan Marie a happy birthday card she'll be pleased to share and remember....maybe even case. Those pinks you chose dance with gaity presenting sentiments so true to the receiver from you the cheerful sender. Lean and lovely! Just like any cowgirl up card can be! Hope your grey to sunny first day of daylight savings time morning is warming past fifty degrees. Ours has become windy! Have to bring in warm air some how.
Keep Looking UP!
