Timeless Tuesday...go green

Recycle... attempted to go green by using a market brown designed bag from Trader Joe's. Pretty sad attempt.

Well it's Timeless Tuesday at Flourishes and you are to go green...I took it as making a card out of something you are recycling. I got a bag from Trader Joe's and decided to cut it up and make a card. Well if you heard this story before it's because DD Julie does this kind of thing all the time. I have to tell you this little kid looks like he is REALLY spooked( the kid on the left) . All I can think of is...he stuck in his thumb and pulled out a ??? Poor child.Well I should have left this chore to DD Julie as my attemp is really funny but I told myself just do it and so I'm doing it.Don't ask about the stamp it's from some clear set and I'm too tired to go look.Being an old lady I do have some priveledges. Used some Pearl Ex gold powder and that's about it.

I like your idea of trash to treasure, Pat. Thanks for the grins with this cool card and the e-mailed hug. You're not getting rid of me too easily. After all, today is the first day of the rest of my life...

Thanks for the chuckle Pat ... I needed that! And I think this card is adorable!!! GREAT idea to use the recycled bag and you've used it delightfully! I've had the same thought before ... have the bags, tissue, etc but have yet to become creative with them ... thanks for inspiration ... we "older ladies" have to keep each other inspired!

I, too, think this is a great card. The bag even DARES one to create with it! You ought to send the card to Trader Joe's headquarters!

How unique and beautiful and fun too! Darn, I wish I hadn't missed that. I have the hardest time with challenges and need to do more. I love what you did with yours, Pat.
