Red Hot Friday
This Red Hot card is done with Flourishes Poppy set and I love it.The phrase is also from their tulip set which I think is called Thanks, if my mind serves me correctly, which of course it doesn't . Anyway this card took me a couple hours to make because of all the cutting to get it in the paper tole motiff. I just used my water colored pencils and my blender to get what I was looking for. I added some red glitzy rhinestones for some bling, which I am told is a necessity for your cards. I think I will spray it with some paper fixitive so it stays nice color wise. Happy Friday and oh yes happy long weekend to all of you here in the USA. Fun times to you all.

Ten Minute Tuesday
Well this little card is fast once you have your coloring done. Just used my water colored pencils and a blender pen. This cutie is ready to take on " trick or treating". This is an Imaginations stamp and my phrase is from Hero Arts, the cat on the envie is also a Hero Arts stamp that I have had for years. Simple yet cute. Have a happy Tuesday.

Happy Wednesday...Yep another flower
Well by now you figured out I love flowers. This image was one my DD gave me from a couple hundred Jackie Jones gave her. Don't know who makes this stamp but I love it. It reminds me of my Clematis which climbs on a wooden trellis and blooms so beautifully. Simple card with just colored pencils, a bit of glitter for the bee's wings and some gold dew drop type corner bling.
Happy Hump Day....middle of the week and soon comes the weekend again. Have a fun day.

Old to New...Friday challenge
This is an old post that I have redone with the same layout but new stamps, going from summer
on the bottom card to fall on the top card. On my new card I've used some chocolate card stock and matted with black and bronze, my trees were done with my markers before stamping. I followed the same pattern using the dew drop type bling and copper-bronze ribbon to finish it off. I like how you can take a card and make it a four season card. Next will be winter....UGH !!!
My tree stamp is from Hero Arts.

Friday Challenge...Something old
Well Julie is not what is old but this is a picture of her at age nine when she was really into playing the flute. My word stamps are old and so is the phrase. Red cardstock with some background note paper, a few black dew drops, butterflies ( Martha Stewart punch), use of my
Nesties and it is very simple and done. Hope everyone has the best weekend! I'm off to lunch on Sat. and Sunday is our church picnic to celebrate our first year of the merge with 3 other
churches. Great way to get to know everyone. Who knows I might find a cute old man to talk to.

Ten Minute Tuesday
This was a very quick card using my new Flourishes set which was sent as a RAK from Nancy Kirk one of my SBS 5 sisters. Used denim blue cardstock and ink, a silver mat, and some white
irredesent ribbon. Biff bam and it's put together. Stamped my envelope to match this parrot tulip and I am good to go.
