Sketch Challenge

This is a card I made for a sketch challenge on My Paper World. I used jade colored cardstock to match up the paisely paper along with a bit of rust and craft color. The stamp is from a bird stamp set put out by Stampin'Up. Just used water colored pencils and the bling was from a packet from Michael's.

Card for a Man

Sometimes it's hard making a man card,
but on this one I focused more on the paper used
then the stamps. Looks a bit lop-sided
on the left...Sorry ! Stamped on
the reverse side of the patterned paper
which is complimentary.Used the black
brads and silver edged the " happy birthday".
Phrase is HeroArts and other is Outlines. Quick & to
the point.

My Little Chickadees

I love these little birds, they are
so sweet and they sing such a beautiful
song. They are from my old Stampin Up
set and the phrase I copped off a Hero
Arts flower stamp. Simple but sweet.

A Little Birdie Told Me

This little chickadee told me to
look out for Spring and that's what
I'm going to do. The bird on the basket
is a Stampin Up stamp from a very
old set. The phrase is from Hero Arts.
Simple colored pencils, a few brads, corner
cuts and done.

Sending My Love

This is a simple card with a very old stamp but one
I love. My DD also loves it. The company who made it is no
longer around, Blazing Star. Just stamped in navy, mat on
silver paper, add little tag made with my Sizzic machine,
some navy ribbon and we are all set. Have a Happy Valentine's
Day one and all.

Thinking of You

This is just a card made to let a friend know
I'm thinking of them. Very simple, gold embossed
on ivory put some distressed ink around edges and
the polka dotted ribbon for flair.
