Well I tried and somewhat succeeded in making a frost-like look for my background using just white ink and a crumpled up piece of toweling. Inked it up and blotted it on a piece of clear likeacetate ( but I used a cut up clear bag). My card stock is black and I used my Nesties for the oval and oval scallop. My tree is a SU stamp and it's done in white embossing powder and ink. I put some Prism glitter here and there but don't know how well it photo'd. My snowflake is a Spellbinder die cut and I added a black bling stick on, a bit of white satin ribbon and voila I'm done. If you click on the card and get a bigger picture, you can see my Jack Frost look. And just in case you didn't know, it is still winter here in Michigan . My favorite thing about winter is ....it gets dark early so if I stay in my PJ's all day, heck I'm always ready for bed.
Have a great week end fellow stampers and keep those fingers inky.
